I am writing this email requesting you to arrange extra classes. Our class is eager to participate and are fully prepared for this activity.. 

Our examinations are approaching, but our Biology and Physics syllabi are not yet complete. Therefore, we kindly request some extra classes to ensure we cover the remaining syllabus.

This opportunity will help us improve our skills and gain valuable experience. It will also allow us to represent our institution and enhance our learning in a practical way. 

We assure you that we will follow all I guidelines and maintain discipline throughout.
